Who We Are
Bilingual Talent Africa (BTA) is a Nairobi-based bilingual talent marketplace connecting African professionals with companies looking for French-English talent.
We believe Africa has an incredible pool of bilingual professionals, but many remain difficult for employers to discover. That's why we built BTA—to make it easier for companies to find, evaluate, and connect with bilingual talent through one self-service platform.
We are not a recruitment or placement agency. Instead, we provide employers with access to structured candidate profiles that include professional experience, key skills, and French and English audio introductions. This allows hiring teams to evaluate communication skills before deciding who to contact.
Companies can browse candidate profiles, listen to audio introductions, and unlock full CVs and contact details only for the professionals they choose to pursue. From there, employers manage the entire hiring process independently—from outreach and interviews to hiring decisions—with no recruitment commissions or intermediary involvement.
Today, BTA specializes in French-English bilingual professionals across Africa. As our platform grows, we plan to introduce AI-powered language assessments and expand our marketplace to include additional in-demand languages.

Browse & Select
Browse our catalogue and click on the profile image of the talent you are interested in to read their full description.

Unlock CV
Click the "Unlock CV" button to add the profile to your cart. You can go back to select more or proceed with one.

Checkout & Pay
Click the cart icon in the top menu to review your selection, then proceed to a secure checkout and payment.

Download CV
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," select your latest order, and download your CVs under "Documents."
